Cleveland Team Receives Honorable Mention

For the third year in a row, Cleveland gained national recognition when the Kent State University/Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative Team, “Delta Commons” earned an Honorable Mention in the 2015 Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition.  This year’s competition challenged multidisciplinary student teams to devise a comprehensive development program for New Orleans, specifically an area of approximately 25 acres situated just north of the French Quarter, in the neighborhoods known locally as Tulane/Gravier and Iberville.  Last year, two Cleveland teams earned Honorable Mentions; one Cleveland Honorable Mention was awarded in 2013.  … Read More
