About Clevland ULI
Our members are the leaders in North East Ohio real estate.  Ranging from the public sector to private business, we enjoy the membership of planners, attorneys, developers, mayors, consultants, engineers, contractors, and every facet of land use in-between.  Although named for the largest population area in Northeast Ohio, ULI Cleveland’s membership comprises 300 land use professionals from Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and their respective suburbs.  We strive to provide knowledge and educational opportunities about issues that affect the entire region and that are relevant to our entire membership.

  • Through our programming, including member and public events, we create the opportunity to open dialogue surrounding the region’s biggest real estate issues.  Our extensive membership and their relationships often allow us to gain intimate access to the key decision makers in these issues, for the benefit of the entire organization.
  • Employing our breadth of knowledge and access to industry leaders across the country, we enjoy the chance to assist local communities with their pressing land use issues, through our Outreach component.
  • With the recent interest in public/ private interaction in real estate, we have made it a focus to assist in bridging the communications, resources, and vision of these often disconnected, but imperative, branches of land use strategy.
  • Finally, with the intent on establishing new leaders in the industry, ULI Cleveland embraces its Young Leaders Group.  With a very successful annual educational series, on site tours, and networking events for professionals under 35 year old, we provide a resource that is unique in the region.

How To Join

When you become a member of ULI, you gain access to its resources, knowledge base, and programming.  Along with the opportunity to join fellow leaders in Northeast Ohio at programming and networking events, you will also receive the award winning monthly magazine Urban Land, as well as the yearly Emerging Trends publication.  More information on membership, benefits, and costs can be found on our membership page.

Annual Report

At the end of 2008, we instituted a program that allowed our membership to be informed of what ULI Cleveland accomplished on a yearly basis.  In an effort to make your membership dues and the value you received from paying them more transparent, we established an Annual Report which provides a synopsis of the previous year’s events and the goals for the upcoming year.  Please click on the links below to see the report and it's accompanying presentation.
