The second of our 2009 YLG Meet the Developer breakfast series will feature Mr. Byron Morton, Vice President of Leasing for MMPI (Developer of the Cleveland Medical Mart).

The series this year will feature four speakers focused on finding development opportunities in a down real estate market, particularly, projects involving public/private partnerships. Mr. Morton's discussion of MMPI's development strategy, process of selecting Cleveland for the proposed Medical Mart, and challenges involved in making the Medical Mart & Convention Center a reality will lend to a unique discussion of such a private/public undertaking.
