Cleveland ULI Wins 2016 Urban Innovation Grant

ULI Cleveland: Building the 21st-Century City: Best Practices for Creating a Thriving Urban Core – Akron, Ohio, has invested much in the revitalization of its downtown, and strong demand exists for housing in the center of the city, but the demand is not being met by entrepreneurs seeking to provide a variety of housing choices. Cleveland Clinic establishes $7.5 million Green Revolving Fund

Cleveland Clinic announced the establishment of a $7.5 million Green Revolving Fund — the largest of its kind among U.S. health care systems, it says. Energy efficiency projects pull money from the fund, which then is replenished by reinvesting the savings from reduced energy consumption as well as rebates. University of Maryland Team Wins 2015 Hines Competition

For a second consecutive year, a team representing the University of Maryland has taken top honors in the 2015 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hines Competition with its winning master plan proposal that transforms the Tulane/Gravier and Iberville neighborhoods in downtown New Orleans into a thriving urban neighborhood.
