Our educational public sector workshops help local communities develop a more thorough understanding of the specific land use topics, priorities, and challenges that their communities face.
Public Sector Workshops are a community education program that ULI Cleveland offers to communities. The workshops feature a panel of regional industry leaders who are experts on the topics of interest to the city. Topics have included density and design, placemaking, and resiliency. The ULI staff work with city staff to set the topics and agenda that they need.
Our workshops focus on overall education and broad action areas, leveraging the expertise and broad knowledge base of the ULI network to educate and guide local communities through difficult land use topics, challenges, and opportunities, enabling public sector leaders to better navigate & address real estate development challenges and issues. Each workshop is led by a multidisciplinary panel of recognized industry experts, and are presented in an educational format that provides a comfortable, respectful environment for candid learning and open discussion, enable your community to confidently move forward on your land use priorities.
