Cost Segregation Workshop

This workshop is designed for Investors, Builders, Developers,
Real Estate Agents, Accountants

To Be Covered:

  • Engineering-based cost segregation studies – What is required, What is the process?
  • Review of Local Projects
  • Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 – What Changed?

The workshop will examine how an engineering-based cost segregation study impacted local projects and what the outcomes were. Income tax benefits for building owners and requirements for quality IRS defensible cost segregation studies will also be discussed.

Stacy Sherman is a National Account Executive with CSSI. She joined the company 3 years ago and works with a CPA’s, Bankers, Real Estate brokers, Estate Developers, Real Estate Investors, Investment Advisors, and other professional business groups who want to know how to apply Cost Segregation and the Repair Regulations as part of their economic formula for success for their clients. She is based in Solon and is passionate about her work and sharing the company motto “friends don’t let friends overpay taxes”.
