Thank you for registering for the 2021 Symposium, Building the 21st Century City: The Future is Now! We look forward to connecting with you on March 2-3. You can find the full program agenda online here. Please take a look at our how-to-guide to make the most of your Symposium experience. This event will be hosted on Hubilo, a virtual event platform. This email includes the information you need to access the platform, view the event, and network with other attendees.
After clicking the link, you will arrive at a login page. Enter your email address and click Login. Then enter the login code 2021. Please note that you will be emailed a randomized code from Hubilo as well, but that can be disregarded.
Today is an opportunity to:
- Setup your profile
- Visit our Sponsor Booths
The Symposium experience is best if you use Google Chrome. Don’t have Chrome? Download it here: google.com/chrome. Already using Chrome? Make sure you have the latest version. We recommend that you keep this email handy for easy reference. You can also find more information here.
Upon accessing the event site, navigate to the “Networking Lounge” section and click the Test Compatibility button so Hubilo can verify that your system settings will support for the best experience. If your system fails the compatibility check, please contact your company’s IT team to review your system settings and allow permissions where necessary.
- Use Google Chrome browser
- Connect via an open (non-restricted) network
- Do not use a VPN
- Give access to your camera and microphone to conduct a meeting.
- If you run into any issues, first try refreshing your browser.
- Hubilo will automatically open with a quick tutorial describing the various functions. Taking a few minutes to review the functions will enhance your experience.
- If you need assistance with troubleshooting Hubilo access or run into any issues after a successful compatibility check, please contact HubiloSupport@uli.org.
Create Your Profile
When you initially access the Hubilo platform, you will be prompted to fill out your profile and upload a picture. Please do so! After your profile is finished (to the extend you wish it to be), you can enter the event site.
Turn on your camera and microphone
When prompted during any of your logins to the platform, allow access to your computer’s camera and microphone for an optimal event experience. The meeting platform does not require any additional downloads, but you will need to give Chrome access to your camera and microphone to join the roundtables. Contact your IT team if your company policies block this type of activity.
Make sure to check out our sponsor exhibit booths at the symposium. Each virtual booth offers the chance to download resources, interact with decision-makers, consume content, and more. Start exploring today and gain access to the sponsor resources from the comfort of your home (or office).
