Join ULI Cleveland for the culminating event of the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI), featuring the Dall–Mays Case Study. Over the past 12 weeks, participants have explored the real estate development process through hands-on learning, mentorship, and teamwork. Now, five teams will present their development proposals for the historic Dall–Mays houses, applying the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program.

This capstone event highlights the creativity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives that make REDI a vital part of building an inclusive future for real estate in Cleveland. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear innovative approaches, engage in Q&A after each presentation, and celebrate the achievements of this year’s cohort.
