    Join the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) for a virtual breakfast meeting featuring highlighted female guest speakers in an intimate breakfast setting. The August guest is Tori Nook, Principal/Co-Founder of Anchor Cleveland. 
     
    This morning event will provide women in the industry an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and gain career insights as they discuss certain topics. This event is free and for ULI Cleveland Members or Sponsors only. A Zoom link will be shared once registration is complete.
    For over 20 years, Tori Nook has represented national retailers, restaurants, and developers. She has developed expert market knowledge in the tenant representation process and has coordinated site selection, strategic planning, LOI negotiation, and site packaging.

    As the principal for Anchor Cleveland, Tori has nationwide relationships with tenants, landlords, and developers. Her real estate career has been distinguished by her long-term exclusive relationships and high production of multi-state tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales.
    Tori represents the following clients: Dollar Tree Stores, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O’Charley’s Restaurants, Petsmart, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, LouVino, SKECHERS, Land’s End, Urban Air, Volunteers of America and Key Bank.

    Tori closed on over $63,000,000 in deals in 2019. She has her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University Boler School of Business.
