Local Product Councils

ULI Cleveland is launching its Local Product Councils in 2026, offering members a chance to engage in small, interdisciplinary groups focused on key real estate and land use topics.

Local Product Councils provide opportunities for:

• Intimate discussions with industry peers
• Site tours and presentations from local experts
• Lessons learned from Cleveland-area projects
• Opportunities to influence the future of our region through research and education

This year, Cleveland’s councils will focus on:

• Small-Scale Development
• Transit-Oriented Development

Local Product Council applications will be available until December 5 and you can find the applications here. 

East Central Regional Product Council (RPC) 4.0

In addition, we’ll share information on the ULI East Central Regional Product Council (RPC) 4.0, a three-year program (2026–2028) that brings together mid- and senior-level professionals from across Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Pittsburgh.

Highlights of RPC 4.0 include:

• Bi-annual, two-day forums featuring exclusive project tours and discussions with local leaders

• Rotating host markets: Columbus, Michigan, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indiana, and Pittsburgh

• A multidisciplinary forum for best practices and collaboration across the East Central region

Applications for RPC 4.0 open October 20 and close November 21.
Participation is selective and space is limited due to program design. The annual fee is $475 (covering food, beverage, and group transportation at forums). Participants are responsible for travel and lodging.

Please note, this event is free and open to all. However, individuals are required to be members of ULI before joining a product council.
