Bring Your Own Shoes: Lead Like No One Else
There is no one size fits all leadership style, yet leaders can often be found attempting to contort themselves into someone else's leadership mold. Even after achieving a certain level of success, many leaders still wonder if they truly deserve to be in their position or if they are "doing it right". During this session we will explore so called "imposter syndrome" and strategies to combat it along with supporting participants to tap into their own authentic approaches to leadership.
