The ULI Cleveland Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) helps emerging developers learn what it takes to put together a successful development. The third cohort began on June 13, containing 29 participants with the program running on Tuesday’s from 6:00-9:00 pm. During these weekly classes, participants are taught by a volunteer faculty of experienced, multi-disciplinary, top-tier practicing real estate professionals in addition to receiving mentorship from architects and developers who share market-based knowledge and the wisdom of their experience. The program concluded with three REDI teams presenting their proposals to a panel of real estate processionals.
