Hear from developers Michael Panzica and Bran Nosan talk about their recent project, The Monroe Apartments followed by a tour of the space and a networking happy hour. Michael and Brad will share information about their recent project and their path to becoming two of Cleveland's most dynamic young developers.
The developers originally proposed to build 80 apartments and 17 townhomes on the former Woodhill Supply site in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood, along with neighborhood amenities such as a dog park, playground and sculpture garden. The development group consisted of Knez Homes, Geis Companies. M. Panzica, SixMo, City Six, and Gustav Development.
