ULI Cleveland is a gathering place for those interested in real estate and land use in Northern Ohio. At ULI Cleveland, we strive to provide a venue for exploring the many land use/real estate/economic development topics that are critical to the region.

Participation:

ULI is a member driven organization – we welcome participation from all who are interested in real estate, land use, sustainability and related issues. As part of our effort to provide a venue for intelligent discussion about real estate and land use issues, we need you and your ideas. We don’t have a headquarters for gathering, but rather, we convene many professionals that are passionate about the topic and engage in the sharing of ideas.

I have found ULI to be an organization that is intellectually engaging and that helps keep my passion for real estate in Northeast Ohio refreshed. As advocates of the ULI Mission, the Cleveland District Council Executive Committee has established the following district vision:

• We will strive to become the area industry leader in education, programming and idea exchange for the real estate community, offering a platform to facilitate sustainable and responsible development.
• We will focus on integrating our extensive young leader constituency into the district as a whole, bridging the gap between our young and experienced members to foster the growth of the organization.
• We will continue to operate the district in a fiscally sound way that provides us with the most value for our local membership and provides us the solid foundation to remain a resourceful organization.
