As your ULI Cleveland chair, I would like to welcome you to our website – a gateway of information about ULI Cleveland.

You will find links on this site to program and event registration, as well as, information about membership, programming, and the list of our 2009 sponsors. There is also an area dedicated to reviewing the plans and programs of our very active Young Leaders Group.

I am managing director and SVP of the Land Development Services department at Colliers Ostendorf-Morris. Within Colliers, the focus of my professional practice has been Land Development Services. Colliers is the only national commercial real estate firm in N.E. Ohio to devote a practice area to this specialized field. This has resulted in listings and transactions involving over 5,000 acres of land in N.E. Ohio.

An area of professional interest for me is Public/Private partnerships. Recently, I was extended an invitation to be a member of the Public/Private Partnership Council at the national level of ULI. This participation will enable me to bring the best ideas and practices home.

One of our goals for ULI Cleveland is fostering communication between all significant parties in the public sector, the business community, and the real estate industry in order to encourage development and the attraction of more industry into the Region. Please join us in this endeavor.

• We will focus on integrating our extensive young leader constituency into the district as a whole, bridging the gap between our young and experienced members to foster the growth of the organization.
• We will continue to operate the district in a fiscally sound way that provides us with the most value for our local membership and provides us the solid foundation to remain a resourceful organization.
